QUA Hair is not responsible for any delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including priority and express shipping options. Once the package has left our QUA INC headquarters, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing PO Box numbers, refused or return to sender. QUA Hair has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned to the fulfillment facility.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. Due to high order volume, any requests for address changes will be considered, but not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules.
Normal order processing can take up to 24-48 hours and may take longer during sale time and peak seasons.

Orders are not fulfilled on the weekends and will be processed the next business day expect express shipping.

QUA hair is proud to ship WORLDWIDE! Unfortunately, due to custom regulations there are a few countries we are unable to ship to. International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. QUA Hair does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information. If the customer rejects the package they will incur a "rejection fee" to forward the package back to our headquarters. Once the package is returned and received by our shipping department we will notify you via email when a refund has been issued.
International shipping can typically take anywhere from 5-25 business days dependent on the destination. Please take into account customs clearance as well. QUA Hair strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin being processed once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be changed or cancelled. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund. Shipping fees are nonrefundable for returns or invalid address information.
