WHAT IS QUA HAIR ?
We started as a line of 100% Synthetic hair extensions, lace wigs, Closure front wigs, clip ins etc but now the line has expanded into hot styling tools, hair care products, hair accessories and lashes. For more information about how QUA HAIR got started http://www.quahair.com.
IS QUA HAIR REAL HUMAN HAIR?
QUA HAIR is a Synthetic Extensions also heat can be applied up to 150 degrees using Straighteners on our Premium hair tools . However, as these sets are pre-styled and ready to wear – minimal heat is advised. We do not recommend using a hairdryer on the Synthetic hair as this is likely to damage the fibres.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY QUA HAIR ?
We suggest using a mild shampoo and conditioner (sulfate-free ones work best) to wash your extensions. You don't need to wash it as frequently as your own hair; just when you feel it needs it. Do not brush your QUA Hair when it's wet and be gentle when washing. You can use a wide-tooth comb to brush it out or use your fingers.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We use USPS and UPS as our preferred shipping carrier for all domestic (US) and international orders. Right now, we're offering FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $100 within the continental US which includes Delivery Confirmation. Delivery time is estimated between 1-7 business days. If your order is less than $100 we will ship your package via USPS at the calculated rate, and also includes Delivery Confirmation. All international shipping rates will be calculated during check out and take 5 to 7 BUSINESS days (some regions can take longer), depending on what shipping option you select, plus some additional time depending on the customs office. Please contact your local customs office for details as this varies per region. NOTE: You are responsible for any fees (duties and taxes included) that your country/customs post office charges you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

We gladly accept returns for exchanges ONLY for qualifying products within 10 days from the delivery date with a Return tracking number . All products must be in sell-able condition and not damaged and/or tampered with.
All returns for exchanges ONLY are subject to approval and must meet our Return Policy standards and guidelines. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs. It is recommended to send your item(s) back with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost packages.

The following products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Brushes, lashes, wigs (for hygiene purposes) hair clips, gift cards, all hair care products and hair accessories.
ALL SALE items are final, our gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
QUA HAIR® products purchased from other retailers are subject to the return policies of those retailers and will not be accepted by QUA HAIR®. Please reach out to the retailer you purchased the product from if you need to make a return.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes,we proudly offer international shipping through our preferred shipping carrier, USPS and DHL.
All international shipping rates will be calculated during check out and take 7 to 10 business days, plus some additional time depending on the customs office. Please contact your local customs office for details as this varies per region. You will be provided with a shipping tracking # for your convenience. Important: If selecting First Class, your tracking # may or may not update once the package has entered your country. It will be your responsibility to contact your local post office to get more information, including expected delivery date, etc. if the tracking # has not updated.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?
All orders are processed and sent within 24-48 business day hours of receiving the order unless purchased during a sale/holiday etc, which then will take additional business days for orders to be processed. All domestic orders can take 2 days and international orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. 2 to 5 business days to deliver.
I PLACED MY ORDER ONLINE...NOW WHAT?
Once an order is placed through our website and the order is processed, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order confirming your order was received and a tracking number will also be provided for your reference.
